Perry is president and a co-portfolio manager of the Sands Capital Global Growth strategy.
Perry joined Sands Capital in 2004 as a director of client relations and, in 2006, became a research analyst, primarily covering consumer businesses. He served as a co-portfolio manager of the Select Growth strategy until 2013, when he became co-portfolio manager of the firm’s Global Growth strategy. In 2011, he was appointed to the executive management team, which provides strategic leadership across the firm. In 2014, Perry was elevated to director of research. In 2016, he was promoted to president of Sands Capital. Before joining Sands Capital, Perry was a consultant and principal at Mercer.
Perry earned a BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
