Suni is a co-portfolio manager of the Sands Capital Global Leaders and International Growth strategies and a research analyst.

Suni joined Sands Capital in 2004 as a research associate intern and became a full-time research analyst in 2006 following business school. He later led the research efforts in the financial services sector. In 2007, Suni became a co-portfolio manager of the firm’s Global Growth strategy. He helped create and launch the Global Leaders strategy in 2017 and the International Growth strategy in 2018, and he serves as a co-portfolio manager of both strategies.

Before joining Sands Capital, Suni worked as an analyst and associate at Charles River Associates.

Suni received a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA® charterholder.
