Scott re-joined Sands Capital in 2021 and is Senior Director of Client Relations. Scott draws on his experience and expertise in private markets and dedication to client service to support Sands Capital Ventures Partners, portfolio companies, and investment teams. Prior to re-joining Sands Capital, Scott was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he advised entrepreneurs and family offices on all facets of their financial well-being. He was previously a member of the U.S. Advisory Council reporting to the CEO and Operating Committee and a Morgan Circle Award Recipient in 2021 which recognized the Private Bank’s top 3% performers. Scott holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
