Marina is a partner on the Global Innovation strategy. She joined Sands Capital in 2022. Before joining the firm, she was a managing director and portfolio manager at Steadfast Financial, a New York-based hedge fund, where she oversaw investments in technology and internet companies. Marina began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs after receiving a BS from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
