Jennifer is a senior research analyst on the life sciences team. In 2020, she was appointed as director of the research associate program, overseeing the development and recruiting of all associates at Sands Capital.

Since joining Sands Capital in 2013, Jennifer has led research on private and public healthcare businesses globally across all stages of development. Her focus areas are medical devices, digital health, and genomics. Before joining Sands Capital, Jennifer was an associate in the private fund group at Credit Suisse. She participated in a premedical postbaccalaureate program at Johns Hopkins University.

Jennifer received a BS from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce with a second major in philosophy from the University of Virginia. She is a CFA® charterholder.
