Erin joined Sands Capital in 2014 and is Managing Director, Head of Private Markets Finance and Operations for Sands Capital Ventures. Erin is responsible for managing all financial and accounting aspects of Sands Capital Ventures, including financial reporting and portfolio valuations, and manages various aspects of Sands Capital Ventures' operations. In addition, Erin works closely with Sands Capital Ventures' investment professionals on the financial due diligence process and portfolio construction. Prior to joining Sands Capital, Erin was Vice President at American Capital, Ltd., where she had extensive experience with private equity investment underwriting, transaction execution, portfolio management and valuations, and internal controls. Erin began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and worked with the Transaction Services team on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Erin holds a BS in Accountancy from The College of New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant.
